Delete Your FamilyHub Account

FamilyHub by LoboHub gives you full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data using either of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from within the App
You can delete your account directly inside FamilyHub:
Open Settings — Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.
Scroll to "Reset Data" — At the bottom of the Settings page, tap Reset Data.
Confirm deletion — You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from both your device and our servers.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your FamilyHub account.

What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Account information (email, display name) Deleted
Tasks, events, and chores Deleted
Meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists Deleted
Budget categories and transactions Deleted
Fitness logs, workout plans, and health metrics Deleted
Devotionals, prayer requests, and reading plans Deleted
Polls, rewards, habits, and savings goals Deleted
AI interaction history (prompts and responses) Deleted
Push notification device tokens Deleted
Family membership and family ownership Deleted
Local data cached on your device Cleared
Note for family owners: If you are the owner of a family, deleting your account will also delete the family and all data associated with it. Other family members will lose access to that family's shared data. Consider transferring family ownership before deleting your account.
Data Retention After Deletion
Immediately deleted: All account data, module data, and AI history are removed from our active database upon confirmation.
Backup retention: Residual copies in automated database backups are purged within 30 days.
Subscription records: If you had an active subscription, payment records are retained by the app store (Google Play or Apple) under their respective privacy policies. FamilyHub does not store payment information.
